Senior Director, Revenue Strategy – West India

About the role

The Senior Director, Revenue Strategy for West India will support Marriott’s cluster and hotel revenue teams across all brands in the region. Working closely with General Managers and revenue managers, you will design and implement strategies that maximise total hotel revenue, optimise pricing, mix and inventory, and drive profitable RevPAR growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the revenue discipline expert for clusters and hotels, providing insight and guidance to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with owners and franchisees to design and implement revenue management initiatives.
• Develop and recommend pricing strategies for transient, group and catering segments.
• Support pre‑opening and conversion projects with effective pricing and revenue plans.
• Analyse business trends, evaluate performance and present findings to senior leadership.
• Lead large‑scale initiatives and manage change across the region.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and communicate Marriott brand value.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field.
• Minimum six years of progressive experience in revenue management or a related function, preferably within the lodging industry.
• Proven track record of delivering business results and leading large‑scale initiatives.
• Experience evaluating business trends and influencing senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of revenue management principles, inventory management, revenue analysis and market strategy.
• Familiarity with modern pricing and yield management systems and processes.
