Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Join LEGO’s India & Emerging Asia business unit as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager and help ignite love for LEGO across kids and adults. You will lead the digital agenda, translate global strategies into local campaigns, and drive consumer engagement in key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute digital‑first marketing plans for India and emerging Asian markets.
• Build LEGO’s value proposition to grow the active consumer base.
• Integrate owned, earned, shared, and paid (OESP) communications into broader marketing plans.
• Design media campaigns using local digital trends and collaborate with the agency of record (Publicis).
• Enhance LEGO’s presence on owned platforms such as LEGO.com, YouTube, Instagram, and SEM channels.
• Manage social media calendars, create timely content for local occasions, and drive meaningful engagement.
• Guide retail partners on digital campaign execution aligned with brand activation calendars.
• Partner with internal marketing, sales, and central LEGO teams, and lead relationships with external agencies.
• Track performance, conduct after‑action reviews, benchmark against other units, and turn insights into actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in branding and digital marketing, preferably in consumer‑goods categories such as fashion, luxury, FMCG, sports, or beverages.
• Strong strategic and integrated thinking with the ability to translate global/regional strategies into local digital priorities.
• Data‑driven mindset, analytical skills, and a willingness to test hypotheses and learn continuously.
• Future‑oriented, aware of emerging trends and capable of launching test‑and‑learn pilots.
• Excellent collaborator, able to work across internal functions and external partners, especially sales teams.
• Ownership attitude, strong communication and presentation abilities.
