Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Kar Parivartan LLP is seeking a results‑driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead B2B lead generation and performance marketing initiatives. You will own paid campaigns, SEO, content, and social media efforts that directly support the company’s compliance and sustainability services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads via Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and other channels, meeting monthly targets for EPR, BIS, WPC and sustainability services.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns, monitoring budgets, ROI and conversion metrics.
• Improve website traffic and search rankings through SEO, landing‑page optimisation and content creation (blogs, case studies, newsletters).
• Manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Business Profile, delivering consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate WhatsApp automation platforms (Interakt, Gallabox) and integrate CRM for lead tracking and email marketing.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, analysing KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, conversion rates and providing actionable insights.
• Support sales with presentations, proposals and collateral while monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on experience in digital/ performance marketing and B2B lead generation.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Experience in sustainability or compliance sectors is a plus.
