Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Recnaile Private Limited seeks a results‑driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead its B2B digital initiatives, strengthen the technology brand, and generate qualified leads across domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and B2B lead‑generation strategies.
• Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other channels.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Drive SEO, SEM, website traffic and organic lead generation.
• Create and manage technical content, blogs, social posts, email campaigns, case studies and product collateral.
• Oversee email marketing, lead nurturing, CRM and marketing automation workflows.
• Track and analyse leads, CPL, conversions, ROI, website traffic and SEO performance; prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to qualify and convert marketing leads.
• Build brand presence in Drone/UAV, Electronics, EMS, PCB, Engineering, Manufacturing and Technology sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
• 4–8 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to independently manage campaigns and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical, communication and content‑writing skills.
