Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Aluva, Kochi. You will be responsible for strengthening the IPR Holidays brand, generating qualified leads, and driving measurable business growth across multiple digital platforms using the latest AI and marketing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other performance channels.
• Create engaging content for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns and social media.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and sales teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and related analytics tools.
• Improve SEO, AEO and GEO strategies.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for content creation, automation, research and branding.
• Manage social media calendars, engagement and online reputation.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and stay updated on emerging AI and digital marketing trends.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Business Profile.
• Excellent communication, team coordination and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; Malayalam and Hindi are a plus.
• Experience in travel or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
