Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure/Kubernetes)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and operate Azure‑based platforms at scale. You will leverage AI‑assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot to streamline infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability across our financial services solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AKS deployment strategies using Terraform and AI‑driven IaC.
• Automate Azure services (App Services, Functions, Container Apps) with AI‑enhanced configurations.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Java and .NET applications using GitHub Actions and Workflows.
• Implement GitOps workflows with Flux or ArgoCD, ensuring declarative and auditable releases.
• Apply DevSecOps and AppSecOps practices, using AI to improve security detection and policy validation.
• Configure observability (metrics, logs, tracing, alerts) for AKS and Azure services and provide AI‑assisted root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams to simplify deployment processes and improve developer experience.
• Support ITSM processes and SOC audit compliance, documenting AI‑enabled procedures.

Required profile

• 10+ years of DevOps experience with strong software development background.
• Hands‑on expertise with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) at scale.
• Proven use of AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot) in daily engineering work.
• Experience with Terraform, GitOps (Flux/ArgoCD), and Azure services automation.
• Solid understanding of release management, rollback, and recovery strategies.
