Senior Designer - Corporate Branding

About the role

Landor is seeking a Senior Designer to strengthen its corporate branding practice in Mumbai. You will translate strategic brand thinking into distinctive visual systems for global and regional clients, ensuring consistency across diverse markets and touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate brand identity projects from concept through implementation.
• Translate brand strategy into clear visual identity systems, including logos, typography, colour palettes, iconography and other brand assets.
• Create and maintain detailed brand guidelines and toolkits for multi‑market rollout.
• Apply identity systems across digital platforms, corporate communications, presentations and other applications.
• Collaborate closely with Design Directors, strategists and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in corporate branding and experience with global or regional identity systems.
• Deep understanding of how corporate brands perform across multiple audiences, channels and markets.
• Conceptual rigor combined with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable presenting work and engaging in creative discussions.
• Motivation to contribute to ambitious branding projects while continuously developing craft.
