Senior Delivery Manager – Data & AI (Technical)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale Big Data, Cloud and Analytics programs for our clients. The role combines client engagement, technical delivery leadership and data‑management expertise to ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, budget and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery contact for major clients, translating business goals into delivery plans and providing regular status, risk and variance reporting.
• Lead technical delivery across multiple concurrent data and analytics initiatives, building executable plans, tracking progress and managing dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, implementing corrective actions to protect timelines and quality.
• Mentor and manage project leads, managers, data engineers and analysts, ensuring effective staffing and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Guide technical decisions using deep data‑management experience and institutionalize best practices for Agile delivery, quality assurance and engineering hygiene.
• Stay current with advancements in Big Data, Cloud, Analytics and AI, championing improvements that increase delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 18+ years of experience in IT services with at least 10 years focused on Big Data, Cloud and Analytics.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex, multi‑stakeholder programs to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, with sound critical‑thinking and decision‑making under pressure.
