Senior Data Analyst

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst will design and deliver end‑to‑end analytics solutions that turn business needs into scalable data pipelines and actionable visual reports. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure data is ingested, transformed, modeled and visualized to support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and refine analytics requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines in Databricks using the Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Ensure data quality, integrity and performance across all pipeline layers.
• Develop and maintain scalable semantic models and Power BI/tabular datasets.
• Design star‑schema data models following Kimball best practices.
• Apply advanced modeling techniques with Tabular Editor 3, including measure development and model optimization.
• Create Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Own the full analytics lifecycle from ingestion to reporting, ensuring solutions are maintainable and reusable.
• Enforce data governance, security and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering analytics solutions with Databricks and Power BI.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, star‑schema design, DAX and dashboard development.
• Hands‑on experience building data pipelines and implementing Medallion architecture.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with data technologies.
