Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Pair Eyewear is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data & Analytics, you will work cross‑functionally to turn raw data into actionable insights that improve the customer experience, drive revenue, and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with growth marketing, merchandising, digital product, finance, wholesale and operations to define business questions and uncover data‑driven opportunities.
• Develop analytic frameworks for ambiguous, unstructured problems and shape how the company thinks about its business.
• Explore large data sets to surface insights that enhance the customer journey, increase revenue, or cut expenses.
• Document and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, championing a data‑driven culture.
• Upgrade and optimize reporting in BI tools, track key performance indicators, and measure initiative impact.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong work ethic, analytical mindset and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding communicator who can simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience analyzing large eCommerce or consumer‑packaged‑goods data sets.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL
• Python
• dbt
• Dashboard creation in BI tools (e.g., Hex, Looker)
• Experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery)
