Senior Data Analyst – Hotels

About the role

The Hotel Supply Analytics team is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex datasets into actionable recommendations for the Independent Hotels segment. You will support supply growth by delivering insights, automating processes, and enabling data‑driven decisions across the hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights and drive execution of multiple analytics projects to support hotel supply growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Category, Revenue, and Product to address business needs and contribute to organization‑wide growth.
• Create high‑impact qualitative and quantitative analyses for business agendas and leadership reviews.
• Identify and define process‑improvement opportunities to help scale the supply function effectively.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to uncover new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with management to prioritize goals and deliver insights that guide key decisions.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate with 2–6 years of experience in analytics, growth management, or business analysis, preferably in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
• Hands‑on experience handling large data sets and deriving actionable insights.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to convert data into measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross‑functional work.
