About the role

Harmony United Medsolutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join its Hyderabad team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients of its US‑based healthcare partner, ensuring a smooth and positive experience across all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries about healthcare services.
• Investigate, resolve, and follow up on escalated issues to guarantee satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the escalation hub for complex or sensitive complaints.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to address client needs and improve overall experience.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international voice calling.
• Graduate from any discipline.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
