Senior Consultant – Veeva Safety

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead implementations of its Vault Safety solution for biopharmaceutical clients. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, guiding customers through configuration, data migration, and change‑management as they transition to Veeva’s cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate business workshops to capture functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Design and configure Vault Safety solutions that meet client needs and anticipate future requirements.
• Collaborate with configuration teams, product specialists, and other consultants to deliver integrated project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client, Veeva implementation teams, and internal product groups.
• Provide expert guidance on data migration, best‑practice adoption, and SaaS change‑management.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in the life‑sciences industry, primarily in Drug Safety or Pharmacovigilance.
• Proven track record of leading complex SaaS implementations for R&D or safety functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
