Senior Communications Manager – India & APAC

About the role

The Senior Communications Manager will craft and deliver Honeywell’s brand story to internal and external audiences across India and the broader APAC region. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, the role blends hands‑on execution with strategic influence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional President and communications leaders to shape enterprise‑aligned messaging.
• Develop, localise and disseminate compelling content that connects employees, leaders and strategic initiatives.
• Act as counsel to senior executives, providing guidance on high‑profile communication moments.
• Map industry trends and political‑economic shifts to create market‑relevant narratives.
• Support regional communications activities, including town halls, multimedia storytelling and change‑communication plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising senior leaders and executing end‑to‑end communications programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Deep understanding of India and APAC political, economic and technological dynamics.
• Purpose‑driven storyteller with strong judgment and calm demeanor.
