Senior Clinical Pharmacist – TB Programs

About the role

Jiv Daya Foundation is looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead and expand its Tuberculosis (TB) programs across India. This field‑based position will focus on strengthening TB care through hospital partnership development, patient follow‑up, and coordination of medicine access and support services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and onboard new hospitals, TB treatment centres, NGOs and other healthcare institutions for collaboration.
• Conduct site visits, build relationships with physicians, TB officers, pharmacists and administrators, and represent the foundation in meetings.
• Coordinate patient enrollment, regular follow‑up, treatment adherence monitoring and documentation.
• Support implementation and scaling of TB initiatives, manage medicine distribution and patient support resources.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and track key program indicators.

Required profile

• Based in Delhi NCR.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in TB treatment programs, public health initiatives, hospital or NGO healthcare programs.
• Educational qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BSc, MSc, BPT, Nursing, MPH or related healthcare/public health degree.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
