Senior Civil Site Engineer

About the role

The Senior Civil Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing on‑site civil construction activities, ensuring projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site construction activities for civil works.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for smooth site operations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Review and verify contractor bills and measurements.
• Implement quality control procedures on site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues at site.
• Manage subcontractors and site workforce efficiently.
• Oversee material inspection, testing, and proper storage.
• Coordinate with planning team to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain proper documentation including DPR, site instructions, and checklists.

Required profile

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Civil).
• 8–15 years of relevant site execution experience.
• Experience in infrastructure supervision of activity.
