Senior Campus Recruitment Executive

About the role

The Senior Campus Recruitment Executive will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of campus hires and early‑career programs for Godrej Properties. You will design and execute large‑scale campus hiring drives, manage trainee cohorts, and ensure a seamless experience that aligns with the company’s talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement campus recruitment strategies that meet talent needs across the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with 70+ colleges, placement cells, faculty, and student groups.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute campus engagement events, pre‑placement activities, and branding initiatives.
• Manage a cohort of 300+ trainees, overseeing onboarding, performance reviews, learning programs, and retention efforts.
• Create dashboards and reports to track hiring metrics, conversion ratios, and program effectiveness.
• Analyze data to identify trends and present recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
• Prior experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition or early‑career program management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data and metrics.
