Senior Business Analyst – Client Lifecycle Management

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst you will shape and deliver complex technology and change initiatives across Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) in a highly regulated environment. You will partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to define scope, validate assumptions and ensure solutions are fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end functional analysis of CLM processes such as onboarding, KYC/CDD, periodic reviews and client data management.
• Drive detailed analysis of current‑state processes and define pragmatic target‑state lifecycle flows focused on efficiency, control and client experience.
• Produce high‑quality BA artefacts including business and functional requirements, process flows, assumptions, dependencies, constraints and impact assessments.
• Act as the functional point of contact during delivery, supporting teams in managing scope, dependencies, risk and change across CLM processes and platforms.
• Engage with Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, Legal and Technology stakeholders, providing clarity, structure and constructive challenge.
• Contribute to digital onboarding, client data platforms, workflow tools and RegTech initiatives, assessing impacts on onboarding journeys, KYC processes and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on Business Analysis experience in financial domains.
• Strong domain knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management and KYC policies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
