Senior Brand Manager

About the role

As a Senior Brand Manager at P&G, you will be at the heart of breakthrough innovations, leading exciting assignments and initiatives across key product categories. You will own the brand strategy, work in creative environments where new insights thrive, and receive continuous mentorship and training to grow as a leader.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute brand strategies within the team and organization.
• Identify and lead the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
• Focus on one or more brands, channels, lines, or categories with clearly defined objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with immediate team members and cross‑functional partners to maximize impact.
• Deliver tasks as an individual contributor while receiving direct supervision.

Required profile

• MBA from a Tier‑1 business school.
• Prior experience in brand management, marketing or related roles.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and consumer behavior.
• Comfortable leveraging social media platforms for brand growth.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance.
• Creative thinking and ability to translate brand vision into effective campaigns.
