Senior Azure Data Engineer – Data & Analytics Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Azure Data Engineer to join its Data and Analytics Advisory team in Gurugram. You will design, build and maintain robust data solutions on Azure, turning raw data into actionable insights for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Migrate data from diverse sources into Azure Data Lake.
• Optimize data processing workflows for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data architects and team members to design end‑to‑end data solutions.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience as an Azure Data Engineer.
• Proven experience with Azure Data Services, especially Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics and Databricks.
• Full‑time availability in Gurugram.
• Preferred certifications: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Databricks (not mandatory).
