Senior Automation Anywhere Developer – Bangalore

About the role

PwC is looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Anywhere Developer to join its Advisory team in Bengaluru. You will design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and refine automation requirements.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high‑quality solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimise existing RPA bots for ongoing efficiency.
• Create comprehensive documentation for processes, code, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end‑users on implemented automation.
• Continuously evaluate automation processes and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience developing solutions with Automation Anywhere.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
