Senior Automation Anywhere Developer – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior Automation Anywhere Developer to join its Intelligent Automation team in Bangalore. The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with business analysts to capture and refine automation requirements.
• Conduct testing, debugging and quality assurance to deliver high‑quality automation.
• Monitor, maintain and optimise deployed RPA bots for ongoing performance.
• Create comprehensive documentation for processes, code and procedures.
• Provide support and training to end‑users on the implemented solutions.
• Continuously evaluate automation processes and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Automation Anywhere.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end RPA projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
