Senior Auditor – Compliance & Risk Assurance

About the role

As a Senior Auditor you will strengthen Hansen Technologies' global compliance and risk assurance framework. You will lead audits against ISO, SOC and ISAE standards, protect customer trust and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute internal audits for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022, SOC 1, SOC 2 and ISAE 3402.
• Perform risk‑based audits across the full product lifecycle, IT systems and business processes.
• Maintain certification status for ISO standards and SOC reports by managing evidence reviews and follow‑ups.
• Liaise with external auditors, coordinate evidence collection and ensure audit readiness.
• Prepare clear audit reports highlighting findings, risks and actionable recommendations.
• Advise senior management on compliance gaps and remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with global teams to embed lessons learned and drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 7‑8 years of experience in IT audit, compliance or risk assurance.
• Proven expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits.
• Knowledge of ISAE 3402, COSO principles and IT governance frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as CISA or ISO Lead Auditor are preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
