Senior Associate – SAP Basis – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC’s SAP Advisory practice is looking for a Senior Associate specializing in SAP Basis to join its Bangalore team. You will work on end‑to‑end SAP projects, helping clients maximise the value of their SAP investments across finance, supply chain, engineering and human capital modules.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver SAP projects from requirement gathering through design, implementation, upgrade and migration phases.
• Analyse customers’ system landscapes and produce technical architecture and design documentation.
• Develop and configure technical solutions, ensuring high‑availability, disaster‑recovery and multi‑tenancy requirements are met.
• Perform sizing activities (T‑shirt, quick sizer, file‑system sizing) and optimise database performance.
• Own deliverables, quality standards and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive technology discussions, propose innovative SAP Basis solutions and troubleshoot OOM or CPU load issues.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level experience with a strong background in SAP Basis.
• Proven ability to manage complex SAP implementations, upgrades and migrations.
• Excellent analytical skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Effective communication and ownership of project outcomes.
