Senior Associate – Salesforce QA (Enterprise Apps)

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned Salesforce QA professional to join its Advisory practice in Kolkata. The Senior Associate will work on enterprise‑level Salesforce applications, ensuring high‑quality releases through comprehensive testing and defect management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document and maintain detailed test cases, scripts and test data for Salesforce solutions.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and verify functionality.
• Perform functional, GUI, regression, retesting, integration, user‑acceptance, production‑sanity, data‑migration and data‑flow testing.
• Manage the defect lifecycle and maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and support issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce QA specialist, preferably in an advisory or consulting environment.
• Strong background in test planning, estimation, test‑case design and execution.
• Hands‑on experience with data migration and data flow testing between legacy systems and Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
