Senior Associate – Salesforce QA Engineer

About the role

The Salesforce QA Engineer ensures the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations. You will focus on Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud, designing test strategies, automating regression suites, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute test strategies, plans, cases and scripts for Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud and related integrations.
• Design, run and maintain functional, regression, integration, sanity and user‑acceptance testing.
• Validate CPQ business processes such as product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, amendments and renewals.
• Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration validation across Salesforce objects and external systems.
• Track, prioritize and report defects using Jira, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of functional and automation testing experience on Salesforce platforms.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on testing experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud processes and data model.

Required skills

• Provar, Selenium or equivalent automation framework.
• API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration validation.
• Jira for defect management.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
