Senior Associate – Python Full Stack Developer (Azure)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Gurugram. You will design, develop and deliver cutting‑edge full‑stack applications on Azure, helping clients accelerate digital transformation and improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python‑based backend services using FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Build responsive front‑end components with Angular or React.
• Design, implement and optimise RESTful APIs and asynchronous workflows.
• Create intelligent search and retrieval solutions leveraging Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation patterns.
• Deploy, monitor and manage applications on Azure PaaS services (Functions, SQL Database, Logic Apps, Storage, API Management, Service Bus, Azure OpenAI).
• Use Azure DevOps, Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for CI/CD and container orchestration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, secure and scalable solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in core Python development and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Proven experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Strong understanding of OOP, asynchronous programming, exception handling and RESTful API design.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative, client‑focused environment.
