Senior Associate - Python Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate Python Data Engineer to join PwC’s Analytics Technology practice in Kolkata. In this role you will help clients unlock enterprise insights by designing, building and maintaining data solutions that support business intelligence, data management and analytics initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python‑based data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, transform and load large data sets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement enterprise content and data management applications.
• Apply analytical techniques to extract insights from industry and sector trends.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, ensuring compliance with PwC’s standards and ethics.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, delegating tasks to foster development.
