Senior Associate – PMO Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its PMO Advisory team in Kolkata. The role combines project management office (PMO) expertise with SAP consulting to help clients optimise operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, update and track project plans, documentation and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Schedule, facilitate and record minutes for project team and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor project performance metrics, milestones and risks, supporting mitigation strategies.
• Provide administrative support to project managers, including resource scheduling, budget tracking and data entry in PMO tools.
• Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders to ensure clear information flow.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with a strong background in PMO functions.
• Experience in documentation, reporting, meeting coordination and project monitoring.
• Ability to support project managers with administrative and budgeting tasks.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
