Senior Associate PLM Engineer – Digital Engineering Transformation

About the role

PwC’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a Senior Associate PLM Engineer to support industrial manufacturers and energy companies through complex PLM transformations. You will be the technical backbone of engagements, designing and customizing solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to align with clients’ engineering processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customise solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (R20xx/R21xx) across ENOVIA modules such as Core Data Model, Lifecycle & Change Management, and BOM & Configuration Management.
• Write and maintain Java, MQL, TCL, and JPO code for business process automation and system integration.
• Build UI components—including commands, forms, tables, menus—and create dashboards and widgets for engineering and programme teams.
• Integrate 3DEXPERIENCE with SAP, CATIA, and third‑party toolchains to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate engineering requirements into robust PLM solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PLM engineering, preferably within manufacturing or energy sectors.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
