Senior Associate – Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

About the role

PwC’s Oracle Services Practice is looking for a Senior Associate to join its team in Gurugram. The role focuses on delivering Oracle Fusion Finance functional consulting, helping clients optimise finance processes across modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) for Indian clients.
• Execute at least two full‑cycle implementations in the domestic market, ensuring compliance with India‑specific localisation requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate finance needs into functional designs and configuration.
• Provide post‑implementation support, training and documentation to end‑users.
• Work closely with the broader PwC advisory team to integrate finance solutions with other enterprise functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP finance implementations.
• BTech degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience with at least two Oracle Fusion Finance implementations in India.
• Strong knowledge of Indian localisation features for finance modules.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.

• PeopleSoft Financial Management (preferred).
