Senior Associate – Oracle Finance Implementation

About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Oracle Services Practice in Gurugram. You will help clients leverage Oracle Fusion Finance solutions to meet their digital transformation goals and improve operational efficiency across finance, supply chain, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) for Indian clients.
• Configure and customize India localisation features within the ERP.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Provide guidance on best practices for finance operations, reporting, and compliance.
• Assist in preparing documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP finance implementations.
• At least two full‑cycle implementations in the domestic (India) market.
• B.Tech or MBA degree.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with client stakeholders.
