Senior Associate – Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead

About the role

PwC’s Oracle Services Practice is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Oracle Cloud Finance functional engagements. You will help clients modernise finance operations, implement Oracle Fusion Finance solutions and drive digital transformation across finance, supply chain and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current (AS‑IS) finance processes and design future (TO‑BE) solutions on Oracle Cloud.
• Configure Oracle Finance Cloud ERP modules, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and Cost Management.
• Lead configuration workshops, CRP and UAT sessions with client teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional consultants to ensure end‑to‑end finance integration.
• Provide guidance on governance, risk and compliance within finance transformations.

Required profile

• Graduation (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/ MBA) in a regular full‑time program meeting PwC hiring norms.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Finance Cloud implementations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct AS‑IS analysis.
• Willingness to travel to client locations across India.
