Senior Associate – Microsoft Dynamics Consulting

About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Microsoft Dynamics team in Kolkata. The role focuses on helping clients transform their technology landscape across front‑, back‑ and mid‑office functions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Power Apps (model‑driven and canvas) and Power Automate flows.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with external systems, with or without middleware.
• Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including server administration and deployment.
• Collaborate on solution architecture, configuration management, code migration and unit testing.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies and support ongoing service maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary team.
