About the role
The firm is seeking a Senior Associate with a focus on Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution to join its Mumbai office. The successful candidate will work on a range of commercial and corporate matters, providing legal advice and representation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings, evidence, and awards.
- Advise clients on dispute resolution strategies and negotiate settlements.
Required profile
- 5‑6 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in litigation, arbitration or related dispute resolution work.
- Current location in Mumbai or willingness to work from the Mumbai office.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian civil and commercial law.
- Experience in drafting pleadings, statements of claim, and arbitration submissions.
