Senior Associate, Legal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced contracts and advisory lawyer to join our Legal Team. The Senior Associate will handle a broad range of advisory matters and contract negotiations, working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to protect the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate and product advisory, managing end‑to‑end contract negotiations, including IT contracts.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements and arrangements.
• Offer legal advice to safeguard the organization’s interests.
• Coordinate independently with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Monitor legal expenses and promptly inform senior team members.
• Maintain and periodically update MIS trackers related to legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and deliver analytical support.
• Analyse legal aspects of new fintech products and services.
• Support a wide array of regulatory projects on time.
• Identify and take up new tasks while collaborating effectively with the team.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of post‑qualification experience in a law firm, fintech, bank or multinational corporation; a mix of law‑firm and in‑house experience is preferred.
• LL.B degree from a reputable law school.
• Punctual, transparent, responsible and capable of taking end‑to‑end accountability for matters.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.
