Senior Associate - Learning & Development

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Learning Business Partner to drive end‑to‑end training operations across our business functions. You will act as a strategic liaison, ensuring teams have the resources they need to grow, while championing the integration of AI tools to future‑proof our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an AI‑Native learning strategy, integrating artificial intelligence across core functions.
• Work closely with teams to understand day‑to‑day workflows and identify real‑world training needs.
• Collaborate with managers to pinpoint skill gaps and develop targeted training plans.
• Manage the full training lifecycle: schedule sessions, send invitations, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain learning platforms (LMS), upload content, and track completion rates.
• Analyse training outcomes and present data‑driven results to leadership.
• Build strong relationships with department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Source external training providers, handle contracts, and oversee vendor performance.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in a training or L&D role, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with junior staff to senior leadership.
• Highly detail‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in using modern AI tools (Gemini, Claude, GPT) for daily tasks and automation.
• Strong command of Google Workspace for data management, performance tracking, and reporting.
