Senior Associate – Java/Python Advisory – Corporate Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Advisory team in Bengaluru. The role blends internal audit expertise with technology‑driven risk management, focusing on Java and Python‑based solutions for clients across multiple asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end internal audit services, including IA function setup, transformation and managed services.
• Work on trade‑life‑cycle processes, reconciliations and settlements across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives and corporate actions.
• Leverage AI and GenAI technologies (AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct) to enhance audit analytics and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with global teams, supporting night/EMEA shifts as required.

Required profile

• Strong middle‑office or investment operations background.
• Experience with multi‑asset‑class environments and trade lifecycle management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts for EMEA coverage.
