About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Delhi office and handle a broad spectrum of legal matters. The selected candidate will work on a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to litigation, corporate advisory, and contract drafting. The position is open for immediate joining.

Key responsibilities

  • Litigation and dispute resolution in civil, consumer, and commercial matters.
  • Criminal law matters, including bail applications, defense, and liaison with law enforcement agencies.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Providing advisory services in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and employment law.
  • Handling family law disputes, intellectual property issues, and environmental law compliance.

Required profile

  • Lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of the respective state.
  • 2-5 years of post‑qualification experience in litigation, corporate advisory, or contract drafting.
  • Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
