Senior Associate – Investment Banking & Infra Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Deals – Corporate Finance team in Gurugram. The role supports clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and infrastructure advisory, delivering strategic financial advice and helping maximise deal value.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pitches and proposals for deal sourcing.
• Develop complex financial models for M&A and funding transactions.
• Draft information memoranda, teasers and conduct valuations using DCF, relative and replacement cost methods.
• Compile investor long‑ and short‑lists, manage outreach and respond to investor queries during marketing and due‑diligence.
• Conduct industry research, market sizing and competitive landscape analysis.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with experience in corporate finance and M&A.
• Proven ability to analyse financial data and conduct due‑diligence.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
