Senior Associate – Internal Audit Risk Analytics (GRC Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Internal Audit – Risk Analytics team in Bangalore. The role will support clients across industries by delivering end‑to‑end internal audit services, leveraging AI‑driven risk technology and GRC expertise to enhance governance, risk management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute internal audit engagements, including IA function setup, transformation, co‑sourcing and managed services.
• Apply AI and advanced risk analytics tools to assess controls, cyber, forensics and compliance risks.
• Collaborate with industry and technical specialists to provide holistic risk insights.
• Work across global shifts, supporting night/EMEA coverage as required.
• Utilise trade‑life‑cycle knowledge, reconciliations and settlements for multi‑asset class audits.

Required profile

• Strong background in middle‑office or investment operations.
• Experience with trade lifecycle, reconciliations and settlements.
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Corporate Actions).
• Willingness to work flexible global hours.

Required skills

• GenAI/Agentic technologies (AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct, DSPy).
• Aladdin platform (preferred).
• Middle‑office operations tools.
• Trade lifecycle management systems.
• Reconciliation and settlement software.
