About the role

Pwc is seeking a Senior Associate for its Internal Audit Managed Services Advisory team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end internal audit solutions, leveraging AI and risk‑technology to help clients optimise governance, risk and compliance across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and transform internal audit functions for client organisations.
• Provide co‑sourcing, outsourcing and managed‑service models, integrating AI‑driven risk technology.
• Combine internal audit expertise with cyber, forensics and compliance capabilities to address the full risk spectrum.
• Collaborate with industry and technical specialists to deliver high‑impact risk assurance services.
• Support client strategy formulation, performance management and risk‑return balancing.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level experience in internal audit, risk assurance or advisory.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to work with diverse client teams and deliver complex transformation projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
