Senior Associate – Internal Audit Managed Services Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Internal Audit Managed Services Advisory team in Bengaluru. You will help clients design, transform and operate end‑to‑end internal audit functions, leveraging AI‑enabled risk technology and integrated assurance capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement internal audit function set‑up, transformation, co‑sourcing and outsourcing models.
• Deliver managed audit services across multiple industries, ensuring compliance with regulations and governance standards.
• Utilise AI and advanced risk‑technology tools to enhance audit efficiency and insight.
• Collaborate with cyber, forensics and compliance specialists to provide holistic risk solutions.
• Support client decision‑making by delivering objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls and risk management processes.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with solid experience in internal audit, risk assurance or related advisory services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse client teams.
• Understanding of governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
