Senior Associate – Internal Audit (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Internal Audit Services team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end internal audit solutions, supporting clients across industries in assessing governance, risk management and control environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform independent assessments of financial statements, internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Design, set up and transform internal audit functions, including co‑sourcing, outsourcing and managed services.
• Leverage AI‑enabled risk technology and advanced delivery models to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Integrate internal audit with cyber, forensics and compliance expertise to address a full spectrum of risks.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to provide insights that protect value and enable growth.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in internal audit, risk management or assurance at a senior associate level.
• Proven ability to work with diverse client organisations and manage audit engagements.
• Strong analytical thinking and effective communication with senior stakeholders.
