Senior Associate – IGA Developer (Saviynt) – Advisory

About the role

At PwC, the Senior Associate will work within the Advisory practice focusing on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The role involves designing, configuring and extending IGA platforms to ensure secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise IGA solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt or Entra IGA.
• Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests and certifications.
• Configure connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, databases and REST‑based applications.
• Develop and automate Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) workflows and provisioning processes.
• Set up access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules.
• Develop custom integrations, rules and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement role‑based access control (RBAC) models aligned with business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and provide effort estimations.
• Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions.
• Proficiency with SailPoint, Saviynt or Entra IGA platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning and certification.
• Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
