Senior Associate – Guidewire QA (Consulting) – Bangalore

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead functional quality assurance for Guidewire implementations within insurance clients. The role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center solutions through rigorous testing and defect management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand functional requirements for Guidewire projects.
• Perform requirement analysis, create test plans and design detailed test cases.
• Execute test cases independently and manage the end‑to‑end defect lifecycle using standard defect‑tracking tools.
• Publish test metrics, status reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Support the overall delivery of Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center implementations.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in functional QA for Guidewire applications.
• Educational background in B.Tech/B.E., MCA or M.Tech.
• Proven experience with Guidewire Claim Center (preferred) and familiarity with insurance domain processes.
