Senior Associate – Governance GRC (Managed Services)

About the role

PwC’s cybersecurity team protects organisations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. In this senior associate position you will focus on threat intelligence and vulnerability management, identifying and analysing potential threats and managing vulnerabilities to prevent attacks. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding sensitive information and enhancing the resilience of digital infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance structures for security and GRC programs.
• Develop and manage policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Drive compliance mapping to laws, regulations, and control requirements.
• Oversee governance reporting, dashboards, and management review mechanisms.
• Coordinate policy exceptions, approvals, and control oversight activities.
• Support periodic assessments and governance reviews.
• Align governance practices with organisational strategy and risk priorities.
• Monitor maturity improvement and roadmap execution.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of relevant experience in governance, risk and compliance.
• Bachelor of Engineering (BTech/BE/MTech) degree.
