Senior Associate – Generative AI, Emerging Business Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Emerging Business Advisory team in Bengaluru. You will work on cutting‑edge Generative AI solutions that help clients transform their operations and create new value streams. The role blends deep technical expertise with creative problem‑solving to deliver enterprise‑grade AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy enterprise‑grade Generative AI applications, APIs, and micro‑services.
• Design, optimise, and maintain Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and advanced search architectures to ground large language models on proprietary data.
• Build multi‑agent systems and autonomous workflows using orchestration frameworks to automate complex business processes.
• Integrate commercial and foundational models via cloud platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and GCP Vertex AI/Model Garden.
• Implement responsible AI guardrails, including safety guidelines, content moderation, data‑privacy controls, and bias mitigation.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to monitor LLM performance metrics (latency, accuracy, bias, drift, cost) and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level experience in AI/ML product development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering AI‑enabled solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.
