Senior Associate, GenAI and Agentic AI

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory team in Noida, focusing on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The role involves designing autonomous agents, building Retrieval‑Augmented Generation systems and ensuring safe, reliable AI deployments for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain, Crew.ai, SK and Autogen.
• Develop and optimise Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced information retrieval.
• Create evaluation and monitoring frameworks to assess agent performance, safety and reliability.
• Document best practices and contribute to the evolution of agent architectures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver intelligent automation solutions.

Required profile

• Strong background in AI/ML or data engineering with hands‑on experience building autonomous agents.
• Proven ability to work with large language models and their APIs.
• Understanding of safety principles, hallucination mitigation and responsible AI.

Required skills

• Advanced Python programming, including asynchronous development and API design.
• Experience with LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, Autogen frameworks.
• Proficiency in Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
