Senior Associate – Financial Services Consulting (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Financial Services Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role focuses on delivering growth strategy, new‑business set‑up, cost optimisation and market‑entry projects for clients across banking, NBFCs, payments and asset‑management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Financial Services client portfolio through proactive business‑development activities.
• Generate consulting opportunities, prepare winning proposals and convert them into engagements.
• Lead delivery of advisory projects, ensuring high client satisfaction and identifying follow‑up opportunities.
• Support clients on growth strategy, sales productivity, cost optimisation and market‑entry initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in management consulting or financial services advisory.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of winning and managing engagements.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
